Free Workshop for parents

We will be trailing a parent workshop looking at how they can support the mental health of young people. This workshop will be led by a qualified counsellor, it is not only a wonderful opportunity to gain some really helpful tips but we hope it can be an opportunity for parents to discuss and share stories and ideas together.
