A place for young people aged 11–18 in and around Pocklington to belong, be themselves, and feel heard.

At YPC, you can hang out, try new things, and explore the world around you with support from trusted adults — no judgement, just genuine care. We run activities, projects and events shaped by young people, for young people. Our building is packed with brilliant resources, and there’s always something happening. From creative sessions to learning new skills that can help you in the future.

Whether you come to chat, create, chill, or challenge yourself — this is your place.

Mental Health

A Contextual Therapeutic Practitioner now joins us each week, offering mental health support during sessions, one-to-one help, and developing new wellbeing workshops.

One-to-one session will soon be available on our events page.

Volunteers

We have a team of over 20 Volunteers and Trustees. We are always looking for people to offer their time to support us, whether it's one - off visit, being a YPC fundraiser, supporting sessions with our young people or leading the organisation as a Trustee.
