Mental health

At YPC, we are committed to nurturing the mental well-being of young individuals.

We understand that mental health is paramount to personal growth and success. To support this, we offer free one-to-one mental health support sessions with our Contextual Therapeutic Practitioner.

Accessing these sessions is easy, as young people or parents can reach out to us through our website, social media platforms, or via email at office@ypcount.org.uk.

Alternatively, young people can speak directly to one of our staff members. Sessions will soon be bookable on our events page.

if you need help

If you’re finding things tough, there are some brilliant organisations that can help.
Please note: these are external services and not directly connected to YPC.
