membership

To attend for the first time you don't have to be a member, we can provide you with all you need to become a member during your first visit. Alternatively, membership forms can be found on this page to complete in advance.

It is important to return the form after your first visit so that we have permissions, and any health information in case of emergency.

Once forms are returned, you will be added to our electronic sign-in system, making coming and going from the building much easier.

Parent visits and new starter introductions can be arranged outside opening times should the young person want to have a look around before attending. Please email youthworker@ypcount.org.uk.
