Mental Health Session 1

Got something weighing on you? Want to talk to someone but don't know who or where to start? YPC wants to help. Why not try booking a one-to-one session with our Contextual Therapeutic Practitioner? These sessions are open to all young people aged 11 - 18 years, whether they attend YPC usually or not. Once you have booked, just pop to YPC at the scheduled time, come in, we don't bite and let us know you are booked in to speak to Becci.

Please note, you may be added to the waiting list if this session is booked. Please make sure to check the availability of the other sessions, as we often have 2 bookable sessions each week. We will try to contact you should one become available.
